Italian Mixup

  • 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • Trader Joe's Cruciferous Crunch (brussels sprouts, kale, broccoli, red and green cabbage)
  • Leftover Ground turkey (precooked)
  • Trader Joe's pork belly (precooked)
  • Trader Joe's garlic salt
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • pepper, to taste

Thinly slice the pork belly and cook until crispy in a nonstick pan. Set aside. Saute bell peppers, cruciferous crunch, and ground turkey with garlic salt and pepper, then place in a bowl. Add red wine vinegar and olive oil to taste, top with crispy pork belly and garlic salt, to taste.
