Quick Pad Thai


  • broccoli slaw
  • shredded carrots
  • fresh ginger
  • toasted sesame oil
  • red pepper flakes
  • coconut aminos
  • rice vinegar
  • almond butter
  • zoodles
  • chicken burger (or turkey burger)
  • optional toppings: scallions, cashews


Saute the broccoli slaw and carrots with fresh ginger and the dressing (combine toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and almond butter). In the last few minutes, add the zoodles. Top with grilled chicken burger.
