Whole 30 Breakfast Jar

Having a sleepover on your Whole30? Not to fear, this breakfast jar has you covered. Layer the veggies starting with the yellow pepper, ending with the spinach. Saute together in the morning and add an egg on top if you're feeling spicy. If you're in a pinch, a microwave will do, just keep the spinach out and serve the hot mess on top of the raw spinach so it doesn't get mushy in the 'wave.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • red cabbage, shredded
  • onion, diced
  • 1 organic chicken sausage, diced (and pre-cooked)
  • spinach
