Meet Abby
Hi, I’m Abby.
I help sensitive, overwhelmed, and soul-searching women come home to their bodies — so they can feel safe, grounded, and emotionally alive again.
I’m not a guru. I don’t have all the answers.
But what I do offer is something many people are quietly aching for: a place to land.
My work blends craniosacral therapy, nervous system attunement, trauma-informed care, and deep emotional presence. Whether we’re working together hands-on or in a circle, I create space where your body is listened to, your grief is honored, and your healing doesn’t need to be rushed or performed.
I know what it’s like to feel untethered — to live with ADHD, emotional waves, creative longings, and the pressure to be someone you’re not.
I’ve built my work for people like us. People who don’t fit into neat boxes.
People who feel deeply — and just need a safe place to feel.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about reclaiming your rhythm.
Your stillness.
Your sense of inner truth.
If you’re craving a slower, softer way back to yourself — I’d love to walk with you.
My Training & Approach
My work is rooted in trauma-informed, mind-body healing — blending science with soul, structure with softness. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from a wide range of disciplines to support you in feeling more at home in yourself.
I hold a Master of Science in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University, with advanced training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, where I studied evidence-based tools for emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.
Over the years, I’ve trained in a number of modalities that support deep healing and reconnection with self:
Craniosacral Therapy, Levels 1 & 2 (Upledger Institute)
(Level 3 scheduled for January 2026)Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) + Continuing Education Provider
Reiki & Energy Healing
Meditation and Mindfulness Facilitation
Laughter Yoga Certified Leader (Laughter Yoga International)
IFS-Informed Coach (Internal Family Systems framework)
Creator of Coach Yourself to Flourish, a self-guided coaching program that blends mind-body interventions with intuitive inquiry
These trainings aren’t just credentials — they’re tools I’ve integrated into my own healing. I bring them into our work with presence, flexibility, and deep respect for your process. Together, we’ll tune into what your system needs most: stillness, safety, sensation, or simply someone to witness you without fixing.
